New LEMAN branch in Turku, Finland
LEMAN Finland is expanding with an office in Turku, Finland as per the 1st of August 2015.
In order to strengthen our presence in Finland and to be much closer to the very interesting industrial centre on the west coast, LEMAN has, in addition to the existing office in Helsinki, decided to open an office in Turku.
The office in Turku will be manned with 4 very experienced staff, all with a vast knowledge of the freight forwarding industry acquired over many years in this area.
Turku is the natural gateway for Scandinavian transportation amongst others and as a result thereof it is expected that LEMAN Finland will improve its productivity as well as efficiency in the west coast area.
The Turku office will work very closely together with the main office in Helsinki and explore the potential synergies in the daily operation.
It is the clear strategy of LEMAN to be locally represented in the areas where our main customers are situated and we believe that we can add significant value to the supply chain of these, also in Turku and the west coast area of Finland, says Thomas Krøyer, CEO of LEMAN Group.
LEMAN offers the full product range with an outstanding operational excellence and we are committed to act as the personal link to global transportation and logistics towards our customers, adds Thomas Krøyer.
LEMAN is a well-known Danish company founded in year 1900. The LEMAN Group is today represented in 6 countries with headquarters in Denmark, and branches in Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK and USA.
