Acquisition of RSH Freight Masters Limited and subsidiary PRINCIPAL Freight Limited, Hounslow (Heathrow) in the UK.

We are very pleased to announce that we have now agreed terms and conditions with RSH Freight Masters Limited and their subsidiary PRINCIPAL Freight Limited, Hounslow (Heathrow), England on acquiring the assets thus merging their activities with our UK operation with effect from the 1 st of July 2015.

RSH/PRINCIPAL will bring a lot of AIR and SEA expertise to LEMAN and will in addition to our existing branches in Bradford, Cannock and Tilbury give us the very much needed platform very close to Heathrow Airport in order to pursue our profitable expansion plans in the UK, informs Thomas Krøyer, CEO of the LEMAN Group.

The LEMAN Group offers the full product portfolio with an outstanding operational excellence. In addition we are very happy to have found a new owner who shares similar values and we are confident that with this merge of activities we can bring even further benefits to our existing but also future customers, informs Mr. Stephen Macey, Owner of RSH/PRINCIPAL Freight Limited.

RSH/PRINCIPAL has 8 FTE's with an annual turnover of approximately DKK 30 million. The main activities are within the general cargo AIR and SEA sector along with vast expertise on Pharma/Healthcare transportation as well as other interesting niches, adds Thomas Krøyer.

LEMAN is a well-known Danish company founded in year 1900. The LEMAN Group is today represented in 6 countries with headquarters in Denmark, and subsidiaries in Sweden, Norway, Finland, UK and USA with a total of 25 branches. LEMAN has almost 650 members of staff and an annual Turnover of approx. DKK. 1,8 billion.
